I began my career at the most basic level as a Computer Operator. With curiosity, hard work and continuous learning, I grew step by step through roles like Software Developer, Business Application Manager, IT Manager, Country IT Manager and today, heading Information Technology for a German multinational Organization.
Over 25+ years, I’ have experienced Success and failures, Major Technology shifts and Industry disruptions, Long nights during Go-Lives, Audits, Cyber Incidents, Transformations and The transition from doing IT to Leading IT.
